Drop One Hundred Thirty-eight

Proverbs 11:14

“Where there is no guidance the people fall, But in an abundance of counselors there is victory” (NASB2020).

Christmas 2022 I received a beautiful puzzle from our daughter. After the holidays, I cleared the table and began to put it together. That is when the pieces count was noticed. 2000 pieces. I have never put together a 2000-piece puzzle. Such an overwhelming process for one person. Especially when we ended up preparing to move before the puzzle could be completed. So, I did my best to keep it together with the use of a puzzle mat and used zip closure plastic bags to keep the pieces sorted. Last fall, I took it down to the health department as one of my friends loves to do puzzles. He prefers 1000-piece puzzles. He started near the end of October. After work, I stop by and work on it for about an hour up to 4 days per week. It is really coming together. I may have been able to do it alone, but it is so much better with friends.

Heavenly Father,

Blessed be Your Name. You are worthy of all praise, honor and glory. Through You we have hope. Thank You for loving us and patiently transforming us through trials. May we trust You, praise You and persevere faithfully through the testing of our faith.
