Drop One Hundred Six

Romans 11:34 - 36

“For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, OR WHO BECAME HIS COUNSELOR? Or WHO HAS FIRST GIVEN TO HIM THAT IT MIGHT BE PAID BACK TO HIM AGAIN? For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen” (NASB1995).

Often new opportunities shift current priorities. Last week we had Vacation Bible School (VBS) at our local church. It was such a blessing to work with fellow believers, connect with children, and share my ornament idea as the craft. This week was orientation for my new job. This position will change my daily routine – I will actually have one 😉. While this time of rest has been great for restoration and creativity, it is time to include new work. I also need to learn how to can – all these hot humid days have resulted in a bountiful harvest of apples. May God bless us all as we prepare for the next season.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for providing for us. We see your creativity in every plant, sunrise, sunset, creature, the gifts You provide in us, and in how You created each of us in your image. And all to Your glory. Thank You for your mercy, grace, forgiveness, and provision. May we represent You well as we serve others.
