Drop One Hundred Sixty-Six

Psalm 103:12

“As far as the east is from the west,

So far has He removed our wrongdoings from us.

Just as a father has compassion on his children,

So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him” (NASB2020).

As each day goes by, I become more aware of my own failings. Often, I have stated, “We all have our moments.” Praying without ceasing and praying for whomever comes to mind has been my goal for the last month and will continue to be going forward. The fruit is becoming more evident each day. Oh, I still stumble, but I am quicker to admit those stumbles more than ever before. As much as I have been hurt by others in the past, I have also hurt them. Praying for God to bless them and for restoration of relationships in His timing.

Father in Heaven,

You alone are faithful and just. You spare your children from your wrath out of compassion. You allow us to choose our own way or submit to yours. Neither road is easy; however, when we choose to walk with You, the path is cleared by You. We confess that we struggle to stay on the path. Any faith we have in You is from You. Forgive us for holding back any part of our lives from You. Cleanse our hearts and transform us so that we will walk in You way. Grant us wisdom to make wise choices throughout the day and block the arrows of the evil one.
